    Olá.

    Sou portuguesa e não residente em Portugal, resido no Canadá, no entanto vendi em 2024 em Portugal uma habitação habitual e no mesmo ano comprei uma nova habitação também em Portugal que será a minha residência habitual neste país. Ao declarar a venda do imóvel no Anexo G, estou a ser tributada a uma taxa liberatória de 28% sobre 100% da mais valia. Existe alguma forma de beneficiar de uma isenção pelo fato das habitações vendida e adquirida no mesmo ano ser habitação habitual? Posso considerar um valor de reinvestimento?

    Venda imóvel a 09/04/2024 por 100.000€ (adquirida em 2022 por 51.000€); Compra nova casa a 19/02/2024 por 310.000€
