    Boa noite,

    Tenho uma dúvida: Tenho uma loja que vou arrendar e o arrendatário não tem contabilidade organizada e por isso não vai fazer a retenção na fonte.

    No contrato devo escolher "Dispensa de retenção - artigo 101.º-B, n.º 1, do CIRS" ou "Sem retenção - artigo 101.º, n.º 1, do CIRS".

    O valor da renda é baixo e está muito longe dos 10000 Euros que está no artigo 101 B do CIRS.
