    Tenho mora fiscal num país da UE e declaro os meus rendimentos lá. Posso entregar uma declararção de IRS como não residente, em que constem esses rendimentos num dos anexos, ou, alternativamente, obter uma declaração de dispensa de entrega de IRS?
