    Ficaria muito grato a quem me informasse o seguinte: num caso concreto, em que uma câmara municipal, exerceu o direito de compra, de um  imóvel, no dia 11 de setembro de 2023 , quanto tempo tem por lei para marcar a respectiva escritura.
