    Bom dia, tenho um tio e uma tia com nacionalidade portuguesa e francesa, estão juntos à mais de 10 anos na França e apenas oficializaram a união em Portugal em Agosto de 2024 com o regime de separação de bens. Ele na anterior relação teve 2 filhos. 
    Ele faleceu recentemente, relativamente à herança, com a separação de bens a mulher tem direito a alguma coisa ?

    Será que alguém me pode esclarecer?
