    Bom dia,
    O vosso simulador não contempla o valor a reinvestir, ou seja, o valor de realização deduzido do eventual financiamento contraído para a aquisição do imóvel?

    Pelo que analisei pelos cálculos apresentados considera o valor de realização como o valor a reinvestir!

    Está correto?
