    Olá a todos,

    Tenho uma dúvida que gostaria de partilhar convosco: um cidadão português que tenha patrimonio em Portugal (casas, carros etc) e tenha residência fiscal em outro pais da UE, e tiver dividas fiscais a esse país terceiro, pode sofrer penhoras ao seu patrimonio em Portugal como consequência de essas dívidas fiscais em outro país da UE?
