    Boa tarde

     

    Tenho um cliente que está num paraiso fiscal, o mesmo não tem NIF/TAX Number ou qualquer coisa semelhante. Quando emito uma factura para este cliente, tenho que cobrar IVA? Os clientes estrangueiros (fora da EU) não estão exentos de IVA?
