    Boa tarde.

    O meu marido faleceu em 2020, éramos casados em comunhão de adquiridos e tivemos 4 filhos.

    Da herança faz parte um andar, avaliado em 300.000 € e serei eu a ficar com ele na totalidade, dando tornas aos filhos no valor total de 112.500 €.

    A minha pergunta é, face ao exposto, que valor de IMT terei que pagar às Finanças?
