avança com cuidado, express credit até normal , Tigo não , na Monego começou assim... avalia Oportunidade vs Risco e avança conforme

como andamos nas taxas >14% no PM pode ser alguém a trocar de loans por taxas mais altas....

eu comprei até ao limite de risco, nas estatisticas da Mintos não aparece nada de anormal e até têm uma boa performance de saída como os uso regularmente..

A Bulkestate foi muito transparente nesse processo, explicou o que se passou com o projecto, se fosse outra plataforma, dizia apenas que o projecto tinha sido cancelado.

Ainda bem, tudo correu bem no final.Captaram 1,3 milhões em 4h, há muito dinheiro disponível. (Graças ao BCE)

O que acham do último e-mail da Mintos sobre a Monego?

Investors on Mintos hold a claim against Monego issued loans in which they have invested. This claim has been confirmed as a first priority claim which means the interests of investors on Mintos are among the first to be satisfied out of all Monego assets which the liquidator shall distribute to the creditors.

 

E da resposta dada a um investidor:

Mintos will submit the creditors' claims on behalf of and in the interests of the affected investors on the Mintos platform, you do not need to take any actions from your side we will do it for you, a buyback guaranty is depending on the payments received from the loan originator, in case if any of the loans will go 60+ late they should be paid in the first priority when the funds from loan originator will be transferred to Mintos.

Entretanto foram pagos todos os loans em 60 Days Late do Kosovo (Monego e IuteCredit).

Mas não há bela sem senão, os PP no Kosovo (Monego e IuteCredit) continuam a aumentar, tanto nos Current como nos Finished.

Mas mesmo assim o saldo dos BB pagos vs. PP no Kosovo, é me favorável.

 

No final, são boas notícias, já tinham pago alguns PP do Kosovo, agora fizeram os BB do Kosovo. Talvez assim haja esperança para se recuperar o capital investido no Kosovo.

Fizeram arbitragem, compram com desconto de -5% dos vendedores e venderam ao par. Liquidez quase instantânea. Como eles controlam as saídas de cash, só transferem o cash após a venda dos loans.

Envestio está uma lista de loans com 29 loans revendidos e 2 loans novos.

Realmente. Esse pânico lento dá lucro para a Envestio. Mas se as vendas acelerarem eles não aguentam. Eu vendi um bocado e estou a acompanhar o mercado secundário, 25 loans secundários (um total de 100 mil euros) e 2 novos.

Isso é muito à frente, prefiro ficar pelas simples finanças e mercados financeiros.

Num curso sobre Fintechs que fiz, a parte do ML/AI para mim foi completamente chinês (tirando a parte de práctica, que era previsões de resultados, que tinha matemática e estatística).

Até a parte da Blockchain, Smart Contracts, e afins foi pacifica.
