    Relativamente ao tema da entidade patronal pagar ao empregador se necessitar de usar óculos para trabalhar frente a um monitor, o que é preciso apresentar para receber o reembolso destes? É necessário fazer exame medico com oftalmologista? Nao basta fazer com optometrista?
